Who am i?

I grew up in Manchester and was a frequent visitor to the Northern Quarter with my mother, I was fortunate enough to be consistently exposed to every possible creative opportunity Manchester had to offer. This varied from meeting illustrators such as Curtis Jobling (He signed my copy of Frankensteins Cat- I still have it) to attending art fairs and markets in the area, being a peer of creative clubs and a collector of art, specifically at the time, Joe Ledbetter’s blind box art toys. I am focused on pushing boundaries within current physical media in art. I enjoy working with juxtaposing mediums in my work which makes for innovative and unique outcomes. As well as challenging myself with contrasting themes I also enjoy the simplicity of creating quite basic but still pleasing to the eye illustrations.
